    This was a GREAT PRIDUCT. It's accurate, easy to use, nice, nice MOBILE APP & great web site as well. I was reluctant and very UNSURE which tracker to purchase, but I could not have been MORE PLEASED with this purchase! So do not hesitate or keep looking...this tracker will quickly & very simply do what you need (& I am an elderly woman!) Additionally, not only was the device PERFECT, but when I reached out to their customer SERVICE for assistance (on a Saturday) their response was INSTANT. I also included my phone number in my communications (I used text & email & they responded both ways) BUT SHORTLY I ALSO GOT A PHONE CALL!!!! Very polite, very professional & very, very accommodating!!!!! Now I also recall getting a couple of follow-up emails or text messages asking me if I needed any assistance right after I set this up. So, if you're not sure...go for it!! If you're running a business, it would be great. If you're tracking a boyfriend/girlfriend...it's PERFECT!

    Best Customer Service EVER! Received this tracker about a month ago. Once I received it, I tried to register it... before I was finished, I had received an email from Customer Service advising me that their system was experiencing an issue... then 30 minutes later, a phone call and an email advising me that things were fixed. Had a few other questions over the next week or so... EVERY email was answered within minutes in a very helpful and detailed way... I cannot say enough good things about the customer service these guys provide! Would be fantastic if more companies could be as good as these guys. Regarding the tracker itself, works as advertised. With the default settings, the battery life was a little shorter than anticipated (especially if cell coverage is poor), however, again, with support help, we were able to dial in settings that GREATLY increased battery life. Tracking performance is very good. Would HIGHLY recommend Lumitrac to anybody needing vehicle tracking.

    Definately helped me learn where my spouse was going when he said he was at work. The battery only lasted a week's worth of driving for me, so if you want continuous tracking i suggest you purchase 2. The tracking cost doubles but you won't miss data while recharging the device. The setup was easy and tech support was super helpful. I didn't even need a full month to prove my suspension.

    100% Satisfied! Excellent Product, Extremely Accurate, Exceptional Customer Service and Affordable! I wasn't sure what I needed but I was looking for a way to track a family member (for their safety) that was starting to suffer from some serious mental health issues. The device was easy to slip into the car without them knowing. I would take it out to charge approx every 3 days. Long story short, it helped us know the truth about where they were and what they were doing so we could get them the care and help they needed! Fortunately, we made it thru the storm and this device was instrumental at some critical times to help with accountability! Extremely grateful!

    1. EASY TO USE: create an account in 1 min then you are ready to go. It is a typical GPS tracker showing live positions and route histories. Zone and alerts settings provide more flexible and reliable tracking and notification. So far I didn't get any problem.
    2. RELIABLE AND VERSATILE: Routes are accurate and notifications are in time, which are important to me. We have 3 vehicles in the family and I can track any one of them using this small portable device. Later I will probably try it in my kid's backpack to make sure he is in the desired territory zone. It gets great battery. A single charge lasted couple of weeks in my commute car. There are also designs for fleet management as you may own multiple trackers in one account. I think it should be a convenient platform for me to monitor all my three cars at once. Will update on this if I get more trackers in the future.
    3. REASONABLE PRICE: Both the tracker and subscription plan have pretty friendly prices compare with similar products.
